WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Gorilla Rep presents Matt Freeman's The Death of King Arthur, an original verse play that takes the fabled Round Table from past legend to current myth. Packed with thrilling clashes between the forces of good and the legions of darkness, these classic stories lend themselves well to Gorilla style theater, proving that the legend is as vital today as it was hundreds of years ago. Performances are FREE and open to the public. Locations and performance dates are as follows: September 28-October 14 Friday through Sunday at 8pm Central Park (enter at the North Side of 81st St. and Central Park West and follow the signs) October 18-October 21 Thursday through Sunday at 8pm Ft. Tryon Park (Take the A train to 190th St, take the elevator up and follow the signs)
