WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Two-time Tony Award nominee Alison Fraser, leads an exceptional cast of actors through this edgy, dark and relentlessly funny play by hot new playwright and Drama Desk nominee Alexander Dinelaris. The Chaos Theories follows twenty-one unforgettable characters through a maze of humorous, shocking and even tragic encounters. As one of The Daily News' "Top Picks" of the NY Fringe Festival, The Chaos Theories was called "Bitingly funny" and "Riveting" by Robert Dominguez.
A flashy movie star, a Senator and his controlling wife, a vindictive stockbroker and a hallucinating homeless woman -- These are just a few of the characters who parade through a downtown restaurant in The Chaos Theories, a new, fast paced work by Alexander Dinelaris (2x Drama Desk Nominee for his work on Zanna Don't!). The Chaos Theories allows the audience to spy through the window of a downtown NYC eatery and at the madness that plays out there on the coldest night of the year.
"The Chaos Theories is an incredibly enjoyable piece of theatre that captivates us with its strong sense of compelling energy."
