Hanukah's miracle of a single day's worth of oil lasting eight nights gets some strong, modern-day competition from a new musical revue consisting entirely of original holiday songs. To borrow a phrase from Fiddler on the Roof, "That was a miracle, too." But perhaps the most amazing thing about the York Theatre Company's That Time of the Year is that so much of it has the aspect of a fresh snowfall rather than yesterday's slush.
