WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
SQ: The Sabbath Queen is the newest brainchild of Storahtelling Artistic Director Amichai Lau-Lavie (aka Rebetzin Hadassah Gross), hailed by Time Out NY as a "Wild Iconoclastic Mystic." This multimedia ritual performance has our favorite Jewess descend on the Garment District and bestow the gift of sacred sabotage on a retinue of angels and pimps. A cast of Radical Semites, Semi-Semites and Secret Agents offer sex, soul, and style in Her Majesty's service.
