In 2010, Working Theater commissioned this impressive first full-length play by new voice Manuel Borras. Song to a Child Like Me is a powerful look at the life of a 1st generation Puerto Rican youth coming into his own in the 1980's Bronx. *All readings this season are brought to you free-of-charge! We are determined to fulfill our mission to develop new work about the lives of working people, and present it at affordable prices to all. However, we need your help! We are suggesting a $10 donation. Please give as much as you are able- it's the generosity of our donors that allow us to present this work- and pay our artists! Thank you!
