Side Effects May Vary tells not just the story of love and loss, but begins a discussion about social diseases in a way that removes the secrecy and stigma surrounding an HIV positive diagnosis. While this production will raise money with expected ticket prices, the purpose is not revenue, but social change. Proceeds will be donated to Housing Works, because of its common awareness and advocacy about homelessness and the HIV/AIDS crisis.
