SHOCK AND AWE A GO-GO
When Epstein and Hassan got married 18 years ago, they decided to write
their own vows. Standing before their families and friends, in a ceremony
performed by a lesbian rebirther in the west village. Hassan, an African
American actress got laughs and applause for her vows. Epstein a Jewish
jazz club door man had forgotten to prepare his, so he had to improvise
them. When the congregation roared, the duo thought maybe we should perform together. The provocative pair have been performing every since.

Their current production, SHOCK AND AWE A GO-GO, is a comedy the village voice called, "hysterically funny."

"SHOCK AND AWE A GO-GO" is not your grandfather's burlesque! It's
burlesque for the 21st century...the show is about the erotic fantasies of a
