The first offering in the 2nd Annual Celebration of African American Playwrights "GOING TO THE RIVER" presented by Ensemble Studio Theatre (Curt Dempster, Artistic Director) in association with AUDELCO-winning actress Elizabeth Van Dyke. SHANEEQUA CHRONICLES: The Making of a Black Woman is by actress, choreographer Stephanie Berry. Ms. Berry is the founder and Executive Director of Blackberry Productions. This production is her first authorship of a full-length play and first appearance in a one-woman show. -vn
