Safety is the dark and compelling story of Michael, a war photographer renowned for his iconic global images in the late 20th century. When a stranger saves Michael's young daughter from drowning, he is forced to reevaluate his roles as journalist, husband and father. Sometimes proximity to inhumanity requires a surrendering of one's own humanity in the long term. It is the process that Safety sets out to investigate. Safety is written by English playwright Chris Thorpe and directed by Daisy Walker.
