Oshun55 Productions presents the international award-winning, critically-acclaimed solo show Runt at the world famous Nuyorican Poet's Café. The autobiographical play follows a Jamaican-American's journey to self-identity and courage as he frees himself from the domineering shadow of his father - a driven, self-made millionaire.
Written and performed by Michael Phillip Edwards, RRunt is an introspective look at black male fear. Candid, funny and angry, Runt will tug at your heartstrings, confront you with its honesty and make you laugh at life.
