WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Enrichment Through the Arts celebrates Black History Month with Roots of Rap: Poetry.
This fast paced, engaging presentation uses rap to break through the barriers of the past and illuminate the works of classic African American poets: Langston Hughes, Paul Lawrence Dumbar, and Robert Hagaen. Students are introduced to the elements that make up great poetry that is sure to inspire them!
