WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Richard II is given the crown at ten years old and has spent the last twenty-two years exploiting his kingdom's treasury and his subjects' patience. Believing that Divine Right will make him invincible, he finds himself to be the most vulnerable of all.
Richard II runs in repertory with Macbeth.
