WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Jose Rivera has re-written his own Obie-winning play, and is working with the cast of ABroad Stage Company's first production on what he calls the NEW WORLD PREMIER!
Gabriela's husband has been away with the army for months. This is not the life she wanted to lead, living alone in the desert with only her cat and the neighbor, young Martin, to keep her company. Gabby begins to study the sky for solace, and the ribald Moon becomes her poetic and romantic adviser. When Gabby's husband Benito returns from the field, she will test the limits of his love, and together they have to find new ways to connect and love each other or risk breaking apart forever.
