WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Woodie King Jr's New Federal Theatre presents a public reading of Malik's Real Black Men Don't Sit Crosslegged On the Floor (A Blues Cantata). Passion directs this theatrical work, which combines poetry, prose, and blues. The play speaks unflinchingly to the terror, past and present, visited on Black men.
Admission is FREE to the public.
