Pieces of the Throne is an original adaptation of Sophocles' Antigone written and performed by members of Epic Theater Center and 25 area high school students as a part of their Antigone Congress program. The legend of the daughter of Oedipus sentenced to death after illegally giving her brother a proper burial has been rewritten to reflect themes and issues that resonate today. The event is free and open to the public.
