Penny Dreadful Episode 9: The Terrible Tale of the Black Dragon chronicles the time-traveling story of Hin Tsu, a twenty-first century Chinese physicist who became the dark and mysterious figure known as the Black Dragon. In his journey through countless alternate dimensions, Hin Tsu encounters such historical figures as Albert Einstein, Aleister Crowley and William Jennings Bryan in his quest to prevent the end of the world.
