Emmanuel Wilson directs Passion! Romance! Paradise! Delight!, freely adapted from Georges Feydeau's A Little Hotel on the Side (better known to American audiences as Hotel Paradiso). This farce/comedy tells the story of Roberto Maxwell, a famed public relations agent who seizes the opportunity to conduct a passionate affair with his best friend's wife just as their marriage is falling apart. What turns out to a simple outing to the Palais Royal, a "shady establishment" on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, explodes into an uncontrollable and potentially damaging situation for the both of them. This mad bedroom farce soon finds an assortment of refined people stealing through the halls and rooms of the Palias Royal.
