Laura flips her lid and the heavens beckon. She screams, shuts the door, and suffers the consequences. Raconteur Laura Pruden takes us on a journey through the human plane, where fantasy unravels, memory morphs, and there's no escape. Or is there? Having an in body experience can be a trip.

Growing a Hispanic in the Bronx is a fun and "true" story of how very traditional parents, an Irish teacher and the streets of the Bronx came together to grow a Hispanic girl...
OUT OF MY MIND & GROWING A HISPANIC IN THE BRONX are presented as part of the NYFA Bootstrap Festival. A film featuring NYFA artist Frances Lozada will also be screened. Reception to follow.
