RE:Oswald
by MrsMajestic11 on Friday, Jun 3rd, 2011 at 12:38 amSomewhat of a JFK conspiracy geek, I have to say I was pleased! Jonathan Miles gives justice to his creation of Dallas Chief Fritz. Miles is a previous real life lawyer, and those true life experiences shine in his performance. Tim Intravia definitely looked the part of Oswald. During my viewing of a preview performance, he seemed a bit stiff in his characterization. I have faith he will grow more into this role. Matt McClure, a local NYC anchorman, displays a realistic, sturdy ease in the role of Jim Leavelle. Daniel Hicks also turns in a solid performance as DA Bill Alexander, and Sky Adams has fun with the role of the eager cop, Sims. The rest of the cast of eight have numerous rotating roles and do a good job with each. One stand out is Josh Rhett Noble and his portrayal of lawyer Louis Nichols and agent Jim Hosty. Noble gives a defined characterization to each role and a true to life realism. All in the all, I feel as though this show has great potential.
