The Metro Chamber Orchestra begins its fifth season with a concert featuring the music of Bach, Beethoven and Wagner.

Christoper Vath joins Maestro Philip Nuzzo in Bach's Piano Concerto in d minor BWV 1052. The rest of the program will feature the American debuts of two well know works in arrangements by the esteemed German composer Andreas Tarkmann. Beethoven's complete incidental music to Goethe's play Egmont will feature the American soprano Therese Panicali, narrator to be announced. Ms. Panicali also joins the Metro Chamber Orchestra in Tarkmann's arrangements of Wagner's Prelude and Liebestod from Tristan and Isolde.
