WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

O'NEILL is not biographical; it is a work of imagination that explores the boundaries between autobiography, fiction, and divergent visions of reality. The story follows, legendary playwright, Eugene O'Neill as he attempts to write his autobiographical LONG DAY'S JOURNEY INTO NIGHT. He discovers that the ghosts of his family who claim their right to privacy and human dignity haunt him. The struggle for sanity between his past and present creates a resonating drama about the most tortured literary soul of our time. -az
