2008 NEW YORK CITY DEAF-FEST A FUSION OF VISUAL ARTS IN NYC Monday-June 2 Deaf Videos/Movies 6pm, Admission Free Tuesday-June 3 Open Mike:Poetry/Storytelling 7pm, Admission is Free Wednesday-June 4 Visual Theater:Mimes/Jugglers/Dancers 7pm, Admission is Free Thursday-June 5 Visual Art:Deaf Sculptors, Painters, Photographers 7PM, Admission is Free Friday, Saturday, Sunday-June 6,7,8 Raisin in the Sun 7pm, (Saturday and Sunday also have a 2pm performance.) Admission $12.00 The Deaf cast from National Technical Institute for the Deaf production of Raisin in the Sun will re-create their recent production which played to standing room only audiences in Rochester, NY. The show will be performed entirely in American Sign Language with voice acting enhancement. Accessible to both Hearing and Deaf. Directed by Luane Davis Haggerty
