New Moon Rising Productions presents a revival of Gen LeRoy's Not Waving..., which tells the story of the evolving relationship between a widowed mother and her adult daughter suffering from bipolar disorder. The play, which takes an honest and hopeful look at mental illness, borrows its title from a poem by the English poet Stevie Smith.
