WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Falling in love with one of the refugees was never part of Kim Schultz's plan, but an Iraqi man named Omar changed all that. No Place Called Home is that unexpected story--a true story about an American woman and an Iraqi man, a story about one refugee out of 4 million, a story that isn't supposed to be a love story.

Saw an early reading and was blown away!
I saw an early reading of No Place Called Home and was absolutely blown away by how powerful this show is. Kims performance is amazing and the stories, including the love story are unforgettable. Im excited about seeing the full production. The back of the card for the show has a quote worth including in full here: "As a refugee myself, I gave up to the fact that no one can hold the complexity of this crisis, its so complicated and different. Yet I was wrong. I was captured from the first word until the end!" -Ibrahim, resettled Iraqi refugee after seeing No Place Called Home
