The Natural Selection Company presents Natural Selection, a new absurdist comedy by Sharon Talbot and Kelly Taylor. Directed by Tony nominee, Lynne Taylor-Corbett.

On their 10th anniversary as co-workers, Avis, a former debutante and Myrtle, a Sixties radical, sit in a surreal workroom putting lids on little gift boxes. Above them hangs a banner proclaiming "Alignment is Everything." (Indeed, part of their job is to realign misshapen boxes by executing elaborate "box dance" maneuvers.) As they work, they discuss String Theory, horoscopes and Evolution and argue the merits of dinosaurs versus cockroaches. They cope with personal issues by playing extreme practical jokes, executing zany office rituals, taking theatrical coffee breaks, and playing an anarchistic game of darts. A revelation about a shared tragedy emerges which alters their lives forever. They struggle to piece their respective worlds back together and to realign themselves with the universe.
