WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Storm Theatre opens its 2000 season with Money, a social comedy by Edward Bulwer-Lytton. It conjures up a vision of materialistic Victorian England in which everyone from knighted politicians to the local delivery boy is on the hustle for money--not unlike our current society. The play was first produced in England in 1840; this production, directed by John S. Davies, marks its U.S. premiere.
