WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Barney Productions presents Modern Missionary as part of the 10th annual New York International Fringe Festival. Andrew Garman directs. Based on the real life experiences of writer and actor Julia Barnett, International Choir Operations Director for the African Children's Choir, Modern Missionary is presented as the memories of a woman who, through her experiences with those around her in a desperate mid-90's Africa, found an abiding desire to care for her fellow man and an unexpected love. Barney Productions will donate 10% of its proceeds to the African Children's Choir.
