Marco Martinelli and Teatro delle Albe arrive for their American debut with a darkly erotic music theater work. Set in a small village near Ravenna and performed in the native Romagnolo dialect, L'isola di Alcina (Alcina's Island) conjures up the tormented world of two sisters, abandoned by a lover they unwittingly shared and caring for a dog kennel inherited from their vanished father.
