Come see a bunch of gay people get legally hetero married in a performance art investigation of that institution we call marriage.

This Valentine's Day two couples will say yes we do and tie the knot, legally, on a stage. Glitter will flow, dogs will be ring bearers and childhood dreams of the perfect wedding will come true--except for the fact that neither of these couples has ever dated. Or had sex. Actually, we're all gay. That said, La MaMa-loped is not a piece about gay marriage in particular, but about marriage as something defined by a relationship with the law, not by the relationship between two people.
