WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The internationally acclaimed Jo Strømgren Kompanie makes its long awaited NYC debut with The Society. Performed with the company's celebrated mix of nonsensical language, dance, and live music, The Society examines what happens when a group of sworn coffee drinkers gather for their daily ritual only to encounter the shocking discovery of a used teabag. An investigation unfolds and one question becomes inevitable: how far are they willing to go to track the traitor down, smoke him out, and bring the evil act to justice?
