Arriving onstage at Joe's Pub in a glamorous fur coat, a shiny white turban, and a shimmering black dress, holding a yapping plush toy dog, Jackie Hoffman is returning to her roots -- and she may once again thrill the downtown denizens over whom she was all too willing to climb on her way to The Top.
