The second of three events leading up to the launch of Israel Horovitz's new theatre company, New York Playwrights Lab, nine actors, nine new plays is a collection of theatrical shorts that range from the hilarious to the harrowing. The plays include "Affection in Time," "Cat Lady," "Dance Play," "Fat Guy Gets Girl," "Inconsolable," "Race Play," "The Hotel Play" and "Beirut Rocks." Israel Horovitz and Michael LoPorto direct, with special choreography by Yvonne Marceau.
