WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Today the rhythms and words of cultures from around the world rise to challenge the drumbeats of war. Philippine Forum presents the 2nd annual International Human Rights Festival. The event brings together progressive peoples of all ethnic backgrounds, using art as a tool to bring public awareness to the global struggle for human rights. Performance poet Regie Cabico emcees.
