Los Angeles's Sacred Fools Theater Company is proud to quietly present the New York premiere of Hamlet Shut Up as part of the 14th annual New York International Fringe Festival. In 2009, this silent-comedy version of Hamlet made top-ten lists all over town, and garnered eight L.A. Weekly Award nominations. Holy shhhhh! Hamlet Shut Up is Shakespeare's masterpiece, without all that pesky dialogue. This tale of revenge and procrastination uses slapstick, vaudeville, puppetry, live original piano score, and a shark.
