Really enjoyed this show, wasn't sure what to expect as I was just invited by a friend and went along, but was very impressed. Rob was so charming and entertaining on stage, I'd love to see him perform again. Definitely recommend!

Very funny, insightful, often poignant show about growing up in a modern America. Many laugh out loud moments, the show was so engaging it felt like 20 minutes instead of 50. Rob King is definitely a talent watch. An enigmatic performer, capable of making the viewer get choked up while laughing hysterically. A must see!

Rob King literally has everything one could ask for from a performer. He's smart, articulate, endearing, and terribly funny. I was so impressed, I went twice. I hope to see King in other plays very soon. -RG

"The difference between black church and white church" way to make me die laughing!! Did he really do the hustle, and salsa dance?! Absolutely. Rob King is fantastic, hilarious, charming, and so silly. Being from a black dad and white mom myself, this play touched me deeply. Even more importantly it connects to so many more... standing in the crowd at the lobby after the show people had so many stories of their own to share. This play really had something for everyone, a beautiful message to remember "do you and live your truth."
