WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Juilliard graduate and veteran of Ohad Naharin's Ensemble Batsheva presents the premiere of I Can See Myself in Your Pupil. Influenced by her Jewish/Spanish background and experience with Naharin's experimental movement language, Gaga, this fiercely physical dance dramatically juxtaposes physical risk and restraint. Featuring guest dancers Idan Yoav and Nir Veledniger and music by Balkan Beat Box, Manu Chau, Beirut, Tony Gatlif and others. (Part of Joyce SoHo's OffSpring Festival)
