WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Gabrielle Lanser presents the premiere of her new performance work, Frankie's Wedding, based on Carson McCullers' classic novel, The Member of the Wedding. The piece focuses on Frankie Addams, a restless twelve-year-old madly jealous of her brother's impending marriage. At the core of the story is a girl on the cusp of adolescence, struggling with her feelings of being an outsider and trying to find her connection to the world.
Tickets are $15 with reservations and $20 at the door.
