WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Author/Composer Robert Mitchell's take on the Frankenstein legend is that of a tale of Alchemy vs. Science, Creation vs. Destruction, God and Child, Love and Rejection -- who is the real monster? This new rethinking of Frankenstein imagines a young scientist who works feverishly to create the Creature, but then abandons him because of his own fear and irresponsibility. The creature now has to fend for himself in a hostile, new world. What follows is the relentless pursuit of the creature, a pursuit that inevitably ends in tragedy for both. John Henry Davis directs.
