WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Playwright/choreographer/composer Sharon Fogarty presents the dark comedy, Flying Dreams. The show features Herman, a young gay man suffering from Tourette's syndrome who struggles to escape the talons of his abusive mother, an aging, co-dependent, vaudevillian performer. With enactments accompanied by music and movement, Herman tells of their history on the road and the acts leading up to him eventually killing her. Flying Dreams is a one act play with music, accompanied by Peter Dizozza, and directed by Fogarty.
