Fighting the Clock is a collaboration of 24 artists split into 4 different teams, each with a playwright, a director, a fight choreographer, and a number of actors selected at random, challenged to create a 10-15 minute play in less than 2 days. 48 hours prior to the performance the playwrights will receive their secret assignment, an object intrinsic to the play's plot. This year's Scottish theme assignments will be objects such as a claymore sword, little dagger or bagpipes, and a strong female lead.
