WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Zakiyyah Alexander's Etymology of a Bird takes place in Brooklyn during the summer. B-boys break, MC's freestyle, the struggle to make it is never ending and amidst it all two kids from the hood fall in love. One mistake by a cop and everything can change... Can a Bird from the hood fly?
