Manhattan Children's Theatre, in conjunction with Organic Bouquet, presents Eco-Flowers for Kids - a new interactive show for all ages in which an actual flower farmer teaches children and parents about the beauty and care of sustainably grown flowers.

Best of all, everybody who attends this fun theatrical event gets to take home an 18 stem flower arrangement that they make themselves! (Flowers provided by Organic Bouquet.)

During Eco-Flowers For Kids shows, every child will learn why roses have thorns, the natural flower food recipe, how to properly cut roses, and how to make a simple flower arrangement.

The program is hosted by Washington DC-based Robin Peñaherrera, whose 20 years of floriculture adventure have emphasized environmentally and socially responsible practices with sustainably grown flowers. He currently works with Organic Bouquet, the largest online provider of eco-friendly and organic floral gifts.
