WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Emerging Artists Theatre announces EATFest - Spring 2005, the company's semi-annual showcase of new works by emerging playwrights.
SCHEDULE
Series A
Tuesdays and Fridays at 7pm and Sundays at 5pm
Foreign Bodies by Andrew Biss: When a trip abroad on the cheap turns nasty, a troubled couple cling to the hope that things will brighten up for them... and indeed they do. Dylan McCullough directs.
Asteroid Belt by Lauren Feldman: A college student and her parents grapple with fate's challenge of time and space. Caden Hethorn directs.
Invisible by Marc Castle: An evening at a gay bar opens the eyes of a certain patron as to what's in store. Mark Finley directs.
Series B
Wednesdays and Saturdays at 7pm and Fridays at 9pm
A Watched Pot by Kevin Drzakowski: An inconveniently timed global catastrophe makes it difficult for the President of the United States to heed nature's call. Tom Wojtunik directs.
Man on Dog by Ry Herman: A play about the uneasy intersection between sex and society. Deb Guston directs.
Series C
Thursdays and Sundays at 7pm and Saturdays at 9pm
Roast Beef and the Rare Kiss by Gregory Fletcher: The play depicts a double date between best friends and the surprise kiss that comes out of no where. Troy Miller directs.
The Child by Kerri Kochanski: A quiet afternoon of reading for a married couple is interrupted by a cry from within. Steven McElroy directs.
Twelve Rounds by Sheldon Senek: During an evening of dating, a match could mean a knockout. Nick Micozzi directs.
