WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Amy Heidt takes you through the morning session of a sublimely silly self-help program run by some highly questionable characters. Dominate Yourself! will make you laugh at them, root for them, and maybe even identify with them. Definitely an alternate universe Oprah pick.

Amy Heidt is superb and hilarious in ?Dominate Yourself! The story takes place in a self- help conference room and is centered on Amy, a personal assistant to an S and M self help guru. Each section of the seminar is lead by past graduates of the program- Heidt does an awesome job of creating specific, very real and VERY FUNNY characters. It?s obvious that she loves these characters as she never makes fun of them- nothing is mean spirited- we as the audience find ourselves laughing because the characters are so easily relatable. Heidt is a wonderful, amazing, funny chameleon. Go see this show!
