Inspired in part by the Brat Pack classic The Breakfast Club, Conference Room A is a comic drama that looks for the soul in a life dedicated to The Man. Jill, the office new girl, attempts to seduce her straight-laced boss, Brent, by "accidentally" shutting down his computer at a critical moment and forcing him to spend the night with her in the office recovering lost data. Her plans for seduction are quickly undermined by another co-worker, Robbie, her endlessly sarcastic once-and-again lover, who still has strong feelings for Jill and vociferous opinions on just about everything else, including whether or not God ever intended for human beings to spend their lives in places like Conference Room A.
