This show is part of the FringeNYC 2011 Festival.
WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Founded by Yako Miyamato, from the hit STOMP and the Hollywood movie COBU 3D, this all-girl "Taiko" drum group mixes traditional with funk and hip-hop for performances like you've never seen before. Come feel their girl power and heart beat!!

Saw these girls performing about a year ago at the Cherry Blossom Festival and they brought the place down, and since then Ive been searching for performances from them. Just heard there is a movie being done about them, and its no surprise, they are awesome. Will be there on their first performance. Dont miss it at the festival.
