Obie-Award winning Clubbed Thumb proudly presents Summerworks 2009, their 14th annual festival of new plays. Clubbed Thumb's Summerworks 2009 may be the final production ever at the beloved and hip Ohio Theatre. For 13 years Summerworks, Clubbed Thumb's festival of new plays has been an anchor in New York's downtown theater season. Every June they open the festival with a raucous, theatrical event featuring dozens of artists and then over the course of the month, present week-long runs of three fully rehearsed, fully produced new plays.
