Get your patriotic groove on with the next performer in Abrons Arts Center's Blurring Boundaries series: Yuka Honda, a founding member of the popular band Cibo Matto and a vital part of the Downtown scene since moving to NYC from Tokyo in 1987. Celebrated for her soulful lyricism, funky breakbeats, and heartfelt melodies, Yuka is one of the most original musicians working in experimental pop today. Come early and join in on a pre-4th of July BBQ in the Abrons' amphitheater. It's as American as apple pie - which is on the menu.
