Beyond the Normal Sledding Hill is about the misbegotten excursion of two platonic lovers as they look for the perfect hill for sledding. The piece examines inter-personal dynamics against the backdrop of a wintery landscape. At times humorous, others quietly disastrous, a simple and thoughtful duet unfolds. The sledders, Will Rawls and Katie Workum navigate both their relationship and a trek through the crushing yet sublime snow and cold.
