WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

A series of Vaclav Havel's three satirical, semi-autobiographical plays about censorship and conformity center around the character of Vanek, a beleaguered dissident writer who must deal with his brewery boss, his yuppie friends and the government's watchful eye in order to make his living in the world. Live alternative rock music will be mixed with the theatre pieces by the up-and-coming band, Devola, adding a vibrant spirit of rebellious youth to a theatrical world marred by the more established powers-that-be.

The performance on Wednesday, March 23 begins at 7pm.

Appropriate For Ages: 15 and up
